Chattogram, 22 November 2021 – Sanmar Properties Limited, Chattogram’s top real estate developer participated in the REHAB Winter Fair Chattogram 2021 as a Co-Sponsor.
The Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB), an organisation that includes over 100 developers, hosted the four day REHAB Winter Fair 2021 at Raddision Blu Chattogram Bay View hotel. The fair commenced on the 18th of November and had 46 different companies participating from both Dhaka and Chattogram. Participating companies ranged from property developers, building supply/material firms, financial institutions and other industry-related firms. The 32 real estate developers that partook in the fair, showcased various ongoing projects. In total, there were over 800 residential apartments on offer.
Sanmar joined the fair as a Co-Sponsor and set-up Stall No 4. The theme this year was to highlight and feature the two newly launched condominiums: Sanmar Green Park and Sanmar Orchard Garden – both of which added 626 units to the residential market. Altogether Sanmar presented 19 projects, including the newly launched: Sanmar Heritage, Sanmar Edenia Ayub, Sanmar Sunrise and One Gulshan by Sanmar. The inspiration for the stall decor was a play on a trend-graph’s upward slope – which simultaneously highlighted the order in which projects launched this years, as well as, spotlighting the notion of Sanmar’s growth this year.
Overall, the fair was very successful and the Sanmar Lifestyle Consultant team reported back saying they had immensely enjoyed meeting all those who had visit them at the stall.
