The primary objective of the MOU is to provide lucrative, advantageous facilities to the customers of both Sanmar and Lanka Bangla.
For Sanmar, under the agreement, customers have access to a special rate from Lanka Bangla when securing a home loan. Furthermore, this includes other fantastic benefits such as a tailored service, a fast-tracked processing channel, and further discounted processing fees to enjoy home loans*. Customers of Lanka Bangla will also receive a very special rate when purchasing property from Sanmar, specifically residential apartments, and penthouses.
Sanmar’s Chief Operating Officer, Somnath Sarker, and Lanka Bangla’s Senior Executive Vice President & Head Of Retail Business, Khurshed Alam signed the MOU for their respective organisations. Other various high officials from both Sanmar and Lanka Bangla were present during the signing ceremony.
